LACK OF EXERCISE LEADS TO FATTY LIVER DISEASE



















This is the researches done at University of Missouri about the lack of daily exercise can lead to fatty liver disease.Peoples who are going to gym and have thier body fit after sometimes they don't have time to continue the exercise,this will creating the disease in the body a n experiment done at Missouri.Hepatic steatosis is a reversible condition that causes fat to accumulate in liver cells of obese people. The new study by researchers at University of Missouri indicated that a regular exercise could prevent nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, which affects at least 75 per cent of obese people. "We found that the cessation of daily exercise dramatically activates specific precursors known to promote hepatic steatosis," said Jamal Ibdah, professor of medicine and medical pharmacology and physiology in the MU School of Medicine.So this is precaution message for the people who is doing the exercise.
